Roncametrics is a brand new wellbeing program that launched in January 2018 in the UK, which teaches you how to; best use your body to get what you want from it, breathe in a way you’ve never done before and gain a greater understanding of how your muscles work to great toning effect. Roncametrics is also great for improving posture, relieving back pain and dealing with stress.
We have a selection of courses; intensive ones that last three weeks, twice weekly, (6 sessions), that produce significant inch loss toning results, improve posture and relieve back pain;

The Roncametrics program was set up by Gill Roncarelli.
Gill found that combining principles of Yoga, Pilates, Alexander techinique, Contemporary dance and Isometric exercises with specific Pranayama breathing, produced the ultimate body toning and wellbeing program
‘I purposefully hadn’t done any exercise at all for eight weeks before the trial and felt very lethargic. I wanted to see the effects of the program on my own body. I toned 10 cm overall in six sessions.’
Gill Roncarelli is a professional Physical Theatre practitioner and choreographer and was Senior Lecturer and Head of Dance in Higher Education for over 20 years. Her qualifications include; a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology/Education from the University of Northumbria, a PGCE in Dance from the University of Central Lancashire, a Reiky 1 certificate and Shiatsu Massage qualification from the OM organisation in Pokhara Nepal, a Yoga Teacher Training certificate from the Nepal Yoga Home in Kathmandu and is also a qualified First Aider specialising in dance related injuries.
Roncametrics came about when Gill decided to work with physiotherapist Sophie Banks, to train others in her wellbeing program, in order to make it available in all areas of the UK.
