How Does it Work?
Roncametrics uses exercises and asanas taken from Yoga, Pilates, Flow, Alexander Technique and resistance training, designed to enhance muscle definition throughout the body and increase endorphins to give a sense of physical and mental wellbeing. Through this program you will see a significant increase in muscle definition and tone, greatly increase your body’s energy and output and learn how to breath correctly dependent on the activity.
We do not endorse weight loss products, only healthy eating; if you want to lose weight and tone up, it’s simple – eat a nutritionally balanced diet and intake less calories than you output. Roncametrics is not a magic pill, it is not tied to any dietary plan, nor is it designed to reduce weight – it is designed to teach you how to best use your body to get what you want from it.
Classes are 75 minutes, twice a week for three weeks. It is crucial that all participants attend every session in order to see amazing results. Following the course there are weekly maintenance classes available for you to keep up the good work.
